3. CREDIT SERVICES

Credit services are governed by a separate written Credit Services Agreement.

No credit services will be provided unless the consumer has received and executed the required agreement and applicable disclosures.

The consumer will receive copies of the applicable documents.

Federal law requires credit-repair organizations to provide consumers with the required Consumer Credit File Rights disclosure before execution of the agreement and provides a three-business-day cancellation right.

4. TAX SERVICES

Tax preparation services are governed by the Affluent Method Tax Preparation Services Agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and reviewing their tax returns before authorization for filing.

Affluent Method does not guarantee a particular tax refund or tax result.

6. FEES AND PAYMENTS

Service fees are disclosed in the applicable service agreement, invoice, order form, or other legally required document.

Affluent Method does not currently publish credit-service pricing on its public website.

For credit services, payment timing and billing will be structured in accordance with applicable federal and Texas law.

For tax services, fees will be disclosed before the client becomes obligated to pay for the applicable service.

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund rights are governed by the applicable service agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates or limits a consumer's non-waivable statutory rights.

Credit-service clients receive the cancellation rights required under federal and Texas law.
